In this role, you will be responsible for accurately redrawing and preparing customer-submitted artwork for high-quality print production. You will convert a variety of design submissions into print-ready files using Adobe Illustrator, ensuring all visual assets meet our brand and production standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This role requires consistency, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple design tasks efficiently. You&#8217;ll collaborate closely with other team members and maintain daily targets for quality and productivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Artwork Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Redraw customer-submitted artwork for optimal print quality using Adobe Illustrator.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make necessary design adjustments to meet print production standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all files are clean, well-organized, and production-ready.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quality &amp; Accuracy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain high accuracy in design execution and visual alignment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow established processes and design guidelines consistently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-review and double-check artwork for any issues before finalizing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Collaboration &amp; Workflow<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Communicate clearly with team members on specific tasks and order requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage time efficiently to meet daily productivity expectations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support other team functions as needed to ensure overall workflow success.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Measures of Success<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Quality of Work<\/strong> \u2013 Accuracy and clarity of finalized production files.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Productivity<\/strong> \u2013 Meeting or exceeding daily redraw or file conversion targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Team Contribution<\/strong> \u2013 Active collaboration and positive engagement with the team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skills &amp; Qualifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Required<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (latest version preferred).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High attention to detail and design accuracy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working in a Mac OS environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confidence in creating vector artwork using a mouse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong time management skills in a deadline-driven environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preferred<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience with Adobe Photoshop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previous production or graphic design experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with digital design workflows and remote collaboration tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Work Conditions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Location<\/strong>: Remote (Full-Time)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Schedule<\/strong>: Flexibility required to accommodate seasonal or volume-related workload shifts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tools<\/strong>: Adobe Illustrator, Mac OS, and other design tools as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What We\u2019re Looking For<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A highly detail-oriented creative with a passion for clean, accurate, and consistent design.
