1. Ensure all creative assets align with Office Beacon\u2019s brand identity, tone, and strategic goals.
2. Contribute to maintaining and evolving brand guidelines, including typography, color,
iconography, and layout systems.
Collaboration & Project Management
3. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, content, and product teams to support
design needs.
4. Use tools like Asana, Slack, Canva and Figma to manage design tasks, provide updates, and receive feedback.
\u20225. Prioritize multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality assets on deadline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD)
\u2022 Figma (interface design, prototyping, and collaboration)
\u2022 Canva (template-based and quick-turn content)
\u2022 Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Drive for collaboration)
\u2022 Presentation Tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides)
\u2022 Project Management (Asana, Trello, Monday.com \u2013 for task management and workflow)
\u2022 Slack (team communication and feedback loops)
\u2022 Bonus: Basic understanding of HTML\/CSS and design handoff tools like Zeplin or InVision<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Location: South Africa (remote-based, with availability to work within U.S. Pacific Standard Time
